On the edge of the village, directly bordering to a meadow and forest. The residential house is situated on the same grounds. Detached lodge, no holiday-home area.
Well-furnished, covering 67m² (80yd²) living area with one bedroom, optionally
78m² (93yd²) with a second bedroom. There is also a large terrace (28m² or 33yd²).
Equipped with all the comforts of a modern building.
Parking space on the property. No-smoking-rule.
Sunny site, large garden, no traffic noise (end of a cul de sac). 10 min walk to the centre of the village.
Space for children to play, tobogganing on the meadow in direct view of the lodge.
Ideal for dogs - no disturbance from the outside by single house position, no trouble by barking. Dogs are allowed only after prior consultation.
Our prices include costs for electricity, gas and water.
Internet - WLAN up to 250Mbit/s at no charge.
